Job Summary

Colliers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAP Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will be responsible for maintaining the SAP REFX system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the SAP REFX system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the delivery of reports to accounting and strategic teams through the provision of accurate lease and invoice data.
  • Ensure data accuracy for audit purposes.
  • Upload and validate newly abstracted leases and related documents to SAP REFX.
  • Liaise with Lease Administration to validate lease abstracts.
  • Manage approval of lease abstracts and produce monthly critical dates reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for lease data-related queries.
  • Support with weekly project tracker and other account administration tasks.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly rental and service charge postings for EMEA.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Lease Administration.
  • Experience working with SAP REFX.
  • Prior experience working within a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience producing reports for client review and ability to spot and highlight errors or anomalies.
