Position Overview
As a CNC Lathe Programmer, Setter, and Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes equipped with Fanuc controls.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and utilizing in-house setup documentation.
  • Conducting first-off inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Preparing and loading raw materials for machining processes.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhering to the highest standards set by the company.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM until flexible hours.

Leave Entitlement
22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in CNC Turning or Mill/Turn operations, along with substantial experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery.
