Role Overview: -

You will take charge of the financial and operational teams, managing cash flow, supplier payment balances, and credit oversight. This includes all facets of incoming and outgoing payments within the NEXT organization, along with reporting, reconciliation, transactional oversight, accounting, and controls.

Your expertise will be crucial in these domains, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, supporting business expansion, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating business risks while ensuring compliance.

Additionally, you will lead business initiatives, focusing on systems and process enhancements and the management of both new and existing supplier relationships.

As a proven leader in an operational context, you will excel in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key liaison across the organization at all levels.

You will guarantee that stringent organization and controls are maintained consistently, supported by relevant KPIs and metrics, while fostering individual development to achieve high service standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A seasoned Finance Manager with strong numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid grasp of transaction reconciliation and industry best practices.

An outstanding people manager with at least 3 years of experience in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing operational teams in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

A proven history of achieving results, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and work streams while adhering to strict deadlines.

A change agent who will advocate for and implement continuous improvement and efficiency, manage projects, and support business growth while empowering teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

A logical thinker who can critically evaluate and resolve complex business challenges, coupled with a confident decision-making approach.

An effective communicator capable of building robust business relationships both internally and externally, confident in leading discussions and influencing at all levels.

Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to define and deliver insightful reporting and metrics.
