About the Role

Miryco Consultants Ltd is seeking a seasoned Mid-Level Python Developers to join our team of experts in the RegTech industry. Our client is a high-growth entrepreneurial consultancy that serves top-tier asset managers, investment banks, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regtech team in increasing their operational capability by leveraging your expertise in Python programming.
  • Help junior developers improve their skills and knowledge by sharing your experience and best practices.
  • Design and implement solutions to contribute to the success of the product offering.
  • Collaborate with the team to bring additional developers up to speed on the tool(s) and workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a software developer in a commercial environment.
  • Strong Python programming skills, with a focus on object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in data analysis and data engineering.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge to junior developers.
  • Experience with embedding graphical output into a web application (e.g., Dash) is a plus.
  • Background in back-end development supporting website development.
  • Previous experience at a financial firm is a plus.
