The Tavistock Centre is looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Clinical Manager within our online psychotherapy service. This position entails overseeing clinical operations for a maximum of one day per week, which includes direct engagement with clients across various demographics, including adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families.
As a leading psychotherapeutic institution, the Tavistock Centre provides a safe and confidential environment for individuals, couples, families, and organizations seeking support in navigating the complexities of modern life.
In addition to managerial responsibilities, there will be opportunities to engage with clients beyond the scope of the Senior Clinical Manager role. Most of the work will be conducted online, with a requirement to participate in quarterly clinical team meetings.
The compensation for this role is competitive, with potential earnings of up to £16K per annum (pro rata £80,000 per annum), contingent upon the number of hours worked or an equivalent consultancy fee.
Applicants must hold registration with relevant professional bodies and possess a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. Candidates will also be subject to enhanced background checks, and expertise in safeguarding is essential.
