Concurrent Technologies Plc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, improve lead times, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess component obsolescence, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales order books and pipelines.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as purchase savings, rebate creations, and lead-time reductions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create plans that predict global market trends and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • CIPS qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
