Your Opportunity

The Workshop Facilitator will play a key role in enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with dementia by focusing on capability and capacity building. This involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and stakeholders involved in dementia care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Build capacity and capability within the team to deliver exceptional care
  • Evaluate and improve training initiatives to ensure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support dementia care
  • Document and report on training activities and outcomes

Requirements

  • Commitment to HammondCare's Christian Mission and values
  • Minimum 2 years experience in program delivery and training
  • Proven experience in training and education, preferably in healthcare or residential care
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in training technologies and software

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Melbourne and offers working from home opportunities. Intra and interstate travel may be required.
