Job Title: Year 2 Educator Position

Job Type: Temporary, with potential for permanent role

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 2 teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Year 2 class teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to a class of students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • UK qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Recent teaching experience within the last 10 years
  • Ability to differentiate content for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Strong behavior management skills
  • Proficiency in using formative and summative assessments to maximize pupil progress
