Chief Technology Officer

Sliide is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology teams and drive innovation in our products and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology teams in scale-up environments, with a strong engineering background and experience in driving technical design and implementation discussions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the technology roadmap to drive business growth and innovation
  • Leading technical design and implementation discussions to ensure the team structure is fit to support the business
  • Collaborating with other teams to build the best possible experience for our customers
  • Ensuring our tech proposition is competitive in the marketplace
  • Developing our data proposition to make data a trusted element of our internal offering

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree, with a strong background in Android, microservices, and cloud computing. They will also have experience working with large volumes of contractors on an international basis and be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty in fast-changing business environments.
