We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Services Officer to join our team at Castle Phoenix Trust. As a key member of our site services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective running of our school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a quick response to general maintenance calls, including manual handling and lifting, janitorial, monitoring, and security duties.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Site Services Officer to resolve situations as they arise.
- Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our school premises, ensuring they are safe and welcoming for students and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of repairs and maintenance in a similar environment.
- A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to make a difference to our students.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work as part of a great team and adapt to changing circumstances.
