Unlock Your Sales Potential as a Sales Account Manager

Post Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing patch within our fastest-growing division. This is a remote-based role, and the ideal candidate will have experience selling to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Ensure customers are kept informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our client's pricing structure
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Apply the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, recommend products, and close business
  • Offer product support and deliver training to customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products that can add value
  • Stay up-to-date with the current market to support customers with challenges and opportunities
  • Maintain a CRM database of customers
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a telephone-based Account Manager role
  • Experience selling a service rather than a tangible product
  • Experience dealing with complex data
  • Proven experience overcoming price objections, ideally from an industry where price negotiation is not possible
  • Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
What We Offer:
  • £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
  • Achievable, uncapped £7,500 annual OTE
  • OTE paid monthly, guaranteed for the first four months on joining
