Financial Planning Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Team Manager to lead our Private Client team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Financial Consultants, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Private Client team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and develop a team of Financial Consultants, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Paraplanning, Compliance, and Client Liaison, to ensure seamless client service.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the team remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Planning or Private Client management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective business strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
