About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and general maintenance staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical services across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of electricians and general maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to meet business needs
  • Produce rotas and schedules to optimize team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
  • BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition certification
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical, building services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
