- Assist in the installation and certification of structured cabling systems, including both fibre and copper options.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and proactive approach.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of your work.
- Collaborate with technology teams and external service providers to achieve project objectives.
- Offer desk-side support for end-user computing and related devices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A comprehensive technical background in both copper and fibre installation and troubleshooting.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking principles, ideally within the leisure or hospitality sector.
- A valid driving license.
Preferred Skills:
- IPAF certification for powered access platforms.
- PASMA certification for working at height.
- First aid certification.
- Experience with EPOS systems.
- Familiarity with architectural plans and drawings.
- Proficiency in using Fluke DTX/DSX equipment and generating test reports.
