POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Production Specialist with expertise in Artwork & Reproduction to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with creating precise and high-quality packaging designs for prominent consumer brands. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in client meetings as required, particularly during pre-production phases.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards across all production deliverables for clients.
  • Ensure the accurate, consistent, and timely execution of high-quality artwork, utilizing industry-standard software, tools, and printing techniques.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and budget, adhering to work order specifications, industry standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Keep the client project team updated with the latest information regarding the status of assigned projects by logging and maintaining project plans in the tracking system.
  • Consistently meet quality benchmarks for all deliverables and propose enhancements to management for reports, tools, processes, and tasks.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in pre-press, graphic arts, or a related area; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in using Apple Mac systems and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, QuarkXpress, Agile, etc.

• Strong command of MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.

• Excellent analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.

• Solid grasp of mathematical concepts and their application.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, both internal and external.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to influence peers and senior management effectively.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
