We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to provide support to students with diverse learning needs in a leading mainstream secondary school located in Hounslow, Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and provide additional support to students who require assistance.
  • Adapt instructional materials to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, particularly focusing on enhancing understanding for EAL students.
  • Provide one-on-one support tailored to individual learning styles and specific needs, especially for students with SEN.
  • Implement strategies to enhance language development for EAL students across reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
  • Engage EAL students in language-rich activities to foster confidence and integration into mainstream classes.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to support students with behavioral or emotional challenges, ensuring a conducive classroom environment.
