We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

You will be based out of our Lincoln Head Office working on sites around Lincolnshire.

The role includes:

  • Preparing gardens and turf laying
  • Planting of shrubs, hedges, and trees with knowledge of relevant fertilisers
  • Quantifying and ordering turf/plants/hedging from designed planting schemes
  • Watering of newly laid turf/planting management in seasonal warm periods
  • Erecting timber feather-edge fencing & installing timber gates
  • Retaining works such as concrete gravel boards, concrete posts & timber sleepers
  • Other groundworks including metal railings, block-paved driveways & slabbing

The role is full-time. Standard site hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 4:30pm on a Friday.

This role will be permanent following successful completion of a probationary period. Competitive wage plus pension, profit-related pay, employee share scheme, and opportunities for further training, development, and progression.
