We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry and dessert preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. You will be responsible for creating a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative pastry and dessert menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative techniques.
• Lead a team of junior pastry chefs in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation and taste.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation and presentation techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end kitchen or boutique setting, with a strong background in pastry and dessert preparation.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage time efficiently, and maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of junior pastry chefs.
• Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
