Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Patent Attorney with a Biotechnology background to join our team. As a Patent Attorney at EJ Legal, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including global pharmaceutical companies, UK incubators, and start-ups. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from patent prosecution to litigation, and will be supported by a team of experienced attorneys and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prosecute patent applications and defend against patent oppositions
  • Conduct patent searches and provide patentability opinions
  • Work with clients to develop and implement IP strategies
  • Collaborate with technical experts to provide legal and technical advice to clients

Requirements

  • Qualified Patent Attorney (CPA or EPA) with a Biotechnology background
  • Experience in patent prosecution and litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge of Biotechnology and IP law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
