  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges to develop strategic action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Conduct regular client pulses, gathering feedback to inform product development and drive client success.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Client Success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high client retention and growth.
  • Strong Salesforce hygiene and ability to paint a picture of client health.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about driving client success and growth through product adoption and high usage.
