About Our Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Monkscroft Care Centre. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes, ensuring that every room and living space is clean, tidy, and comfortable for our residents.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the homes, including laundry, kitchen, and bathroom areas. You will also be expected to work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate nature, and be able to work well in a team. You will also need to be able to follow instructions and work independently. Previous experience in a housekeeping or care role is desirable, but not essential.
