Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Croupier to join our team, responsible for dealing games within our casino and ensuring accuracy and high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, quick mathematical ability, and knowledge of casino games and their rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal games with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of casino games and their rules, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and business performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Croupier in a casino environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick mathematical ability and knowledge of casino games and their rules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
