About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated plant machinery to minimize production downtime.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical support on all projects, installations, and breakdowns, ensuring that our production lines are running efficiently.
  3. PPM's: Conduct regular Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Level 3 qualifications in an electrical discipline or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Previous electrical experience in an industrial environment, with a strong understanding of automated production systems.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. Overtime: Eligible for overtime payments at a rate of 1.3 times the standard hourly rate.
  3. Holidays and Benefits: 20 days annual leave, 6% pension contribution, life assurance, and discounts on company products.
