Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for executing daily maintenance tasks within our leisure facilities, leading to a dynamic and engaging work schedule. You will organize and oversee maintenance activities, personally handling tasks when possible or coordinating with external contractors for unforeseen issues. Monitoring contractor performance will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of necessary inspections and tests in accordance with regulations.

Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, comfort, and safety to all facility users. Collaborating with the Technical team, you will ensure that all equipment and amenities are in optimal working condition, providing regular maintenance reports and updates to the Contract Technical Manager.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a maintenance capacity, preferably with a relevant trade qualification. A solid understanding of health and safety protocols, particularly in public environments, is essential, and holding a Pool Plant Operator's Certificate is advantageous. Strong communication skills are necessary, as you will interact with external contractors. Demonstrating excellent customer service abilities during the interview process is also expected.
