Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability across a portfolio of accounts. Your expertise will help us establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring we meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with our product development and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage customer contracts to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to problem-solving.
