Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, resourceful, and energetic Senior Support Professional to join our team in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and other needs in their own tenancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising, managing, and mentoring a team of staff
- Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
- Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Providing outcome-focused support to enable service users to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of person-centered care and support principles
- Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
- Ability to develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
