Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and settle caseloads of uninsured loss and civil damages claims for a wide range of clients, including corporate, institutional, and public sector organizations.
  • Handle claims from sectors such as road and rail, personal injury, emergency services, commercial property, and street lighting.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, managing accounts, data reporting, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Undertake general office duties such as managing inbound/outbound calls and organizing files.
Requirements:
  • Based in the UK and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSEs, ideally including English and Maths.
  • A strong communicator with confident written and spoken skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly understand technical terminology.
  • Prior experience in an office setting is essential, with any claims, insurance, or legal background considered a plus.
What We Offer:
  • Full, comprehensive training to help you succeed in your new role.
  • Competitive salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing to 25 days with length of service.
