HAMILTON WOODS ASSOCIATES is seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team in a temporary-permanent capacity. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for completing various groundwork tasks, including paving, fencing, slabbing, and bricklaying, on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform groundwork tasks, such as paving, fencing, slabbing, and bricklaying, on social housing properties.
  • Complete secondary work as required.
  • Utilize a PDA to manage tasks and materials.
  • Measure and inspect repairs, and order appropriate materials.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain van stock and ensure it is properly equipped.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK Driving License.
