Apprentice Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Senior Engineer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

1. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
2. Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
3. Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
6. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of engineers and technicians.

1. Must be a fully qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in food manufacturing.
2. Must have experience in supervisory or management roles, with a proven track record of success.
3. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Must have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
5. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
