Live-in Carer Job Description

At Alina Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Carer to join our team. As a Live-in Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with medication reminders and collecting prescriptions
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Assist with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
