About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced domestic couple to join our team at Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our large formal estate near Henley on Thames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional housekeeping services, including cleaning and laundry, with a focus on attention to detail and high standards.
  • Assisting with garden maintenance, including mowing the lawn, hedge trimming, blowing leaves, and clearing gutters.
  • Driving duties, including running errands as required.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the estate.

Requirements:

  • High-calibre housekeeping skills with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
  • Experience in garden maintenance, including lawn care and pruning.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company-provided vehicle.
  • Ability to work a 5-day week, with weekend working required on a rota basis.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
