Role Overview
As a Customer Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high standard of customer care while promoting our innovative offerings. You will be part of a dynamic team in one of our Directly Managed Branches, where you will have the chance to establish strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across various areas, including the Counter, Post shop, Travel Area, and Meet & Greet.
- Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
