Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Green Spaces Volunteer Development Officer.

This part-time role will require the successful applicant to work flexibly, including Mondays, some evenings, and weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enthusing communities about the benefits of being involved in looking after their local park or green open space.

Working primarily in the Bordesley and Highgate area, the successful applicant will share their time between working from home and being out and about in south Birmingham.

The role involves encouraging a love of open spaces and parks, and adding to our network of over 140 member groups who volunteer across Birmingham.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about community engagement and outreach, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
