Site Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily utility service checks and maintenance
  • Conduct weekly utilities checks and boiler operation in accordance with BOAS
  • Manage the waste water treatment plant and carry out laboratory analysis as required
  • Develop relationships with contractors to ensure support for plant operation
  • Carry out investigations and repairs identified by the Site Service Team, Team leader, and Process Engineer
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly PPM to the Site Services plant, equipment, and process
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm testing and recording
  • Daily site repairs
  • Weekly sprinkler tests and logging
  • Monthly domestic water temperature testing
  • Monthly meter readings
  • Weekly compliance checks & tests

Requirements:

  • Site Services experience
  • NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • External training on boiler maintenance
  • Refrigeration/Ammonia knowledge
  • Waste Water Treatment training
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Forklift trained (preferable)
  • Food industry experience
