Clinical Lead Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that our care home meets the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery by qualified care staff
- Support the Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and objectives
- Monitor the well-being of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met
- Act as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals
Requirements:
- Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
- Commitment to making a real difference in the lives of our residents
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
