Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust, credibility, and maintaining relationships.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand client needs and objectives, providing proactive support and advice.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and Sales Team to develop strategic plans to expand business within targeted clients.
  • Conduct contract renewals, engage in pricing negotiations, and create quotations for client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and versions to ensure clients' technical landscapes represent the best solution for them.
Requirements
  • Technical IT background, preferably with a Microsoft-based technical background.
  • Customer-obsessed with a strong customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to hold your own in high-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Good business acumen, with an ability to understand small to medium-sized businesses' challenges.
  • Pragmatic problem solver, attentive to detail, and able to work on multiple complex projects at once.
