East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Senior Theatre Support Workers to join our dedicated orthopaedic team at the new Essex and Suffolk Elective Orthopaedic Centre. This state-of-the-art facility, soon to be one of the largest in Europe, will feature eight laminar flow theatres, three wards, and recovery facilities.
Your Role
- Provide exceptional patient care within the surgical environment.
- Support colleagues through theatre training initiatives.
- Act as a deputy for the Orthopaedic Liaison Support role.

Requirements

- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient condition.
