We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing and Heating Specialist to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial plumbing and drainage installations to identify any defects or issues.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing and heating systems.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspection reports and remedial work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plumbing and heating maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and Permit to Work protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical fitness to carry out the demands of the role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • C&G Level 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
  • Technical diploma in a related field.
