About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Manager to join our team at Make UK Defence. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business interests of our members in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members to strengthen their relationships with Make UK Defence and raise awareness of our commercial and business support offerings.
  • Support the Commercial team in identifying partnership opportunities and lead local member connect activities and regional meetings.
  • Retain members and encourage subscription upgrades to other Make UK services.
  • Utilize CRM systems, Excel, and Word to manage member relationships and data.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the local economy to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales/business development/account management experience.
  • Excellent customer and/or member care skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Full driving license and access to transport for site visits and meetings.
