Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive achievement rates and quality standards.
  • Represent the company within the wider group and our board of governance, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic plan.
  • Lead the company to become a market leader in childcare apprenticeships, fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.
  • Designate lead for OFSTED inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes to maintain high training standards, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, employers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of childcare training.
Requirements
