Fire Risk Assessor Role
At Brandon James, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join our team. As a Senior Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for managing projects independently and carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, HMOs, and high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects independently and carry out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
* Conduct compartmentation surveys
* Provide professional membership (IFE/IFSM)
* Ensure high standards of technical delivery
* Support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in fire risk assessment
* Registration on the TFRAR register Tier 2 or 3
* Ability to support career progression in the risk assessment industry

* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
