Exciting Opportunity for a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in the Court of Protection sector.

About the Role

As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Solicitors with clients, preparing applications to the Court of Protection, responding to telephone enquiries, and supporting daily financial administration. You will also be expected to prepare annual deputyship reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies
  • Responding to telephone enquiries from clients
  • Supporting daily financial administration
  • Preparing annual deputyship reports
Requirements

We are looking for a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor with experience of dealing with Financial Affairs Deputyships, Court of Protection for Property and Finance sector. You will have a strong understanding of the Court of Protection and its procedures.
