Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Field Service team as a Field Operations Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to build a position from the ground up and drive impactful efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the UK field service team in coordinating and executing tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Field Services.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues using data to support decisions and proposals.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Field Service processes, including process review, improvement, and adaptation.
  • Work closely with Field Service Engineers, contract partners, and leadership to coordinate multiple facets of Field Service Operations.
  • Coordinate the management of parts for repairs, including parts ordering, monitoring min/max levels, and days on hand.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are adhered to in line with the appropriate standards and Stryker QMS/policies/objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience from within a similar role and multi-national environment.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
