We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence, and we're seeking a Technical Manager to lead and oversee bridge design projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with relevant standards and codes.

  • Lead and oversee bridge design projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with relevant standards and codes.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilise Lusas software for structural analysis and design, with a solid understanding of Eurocodes.

Key Requirements:

  • Around 10 years of post-chartered experience in bridge design, ideally within the rail or highways sectors.
  • Proven experience in a technical, hands-on role with a strong focus on design and engineering quality.
  • Familiarity with Lusas software and Eurocodes is highly desirable.
  • Experience as a Contractor's Responsible Engineer (CRE) or Contractor's Engineering Manager (CEM) would be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
