Your Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist potential homebuyers.
  • Conduct engaging model home tours, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Effectively manage the sales process from initial inquiry to successful completion.
  • Stay abreast of current market trends and competitor activity.

Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally within a new homes environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • The ability to comprehend architectural plans and financing options.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with an attractive OTE of £52,000.
  • Flexible working hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Monthly rota changes for a balanced work schedule.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days plus bank holidays.
