Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading brand in the farmed salmon industry, is seeking a skilled Processing Supervisor to join their team at their processing site in Dingwall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising processing operations, ensuring the production of high-quality packed products, and maintaining compliance with company health and safety policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and products within the processing site
• Manage processing paperwork and administrative records
• Ensure operational performance through efficient use of plant and people resources
• Organize workload of staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Take on responsibilities of the processing manager in their absence

Essential Skills:

• Strong ability to run a processing line
• Effective communication skills
• Confidence in discussing and communicating with senior management
• Reliability and approachability

Required Experience:

• IT literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience as a production supervisor
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

Desirable Experience:

• Food processing experience

This is a back-shift position, and the successful candidate will be required to work variable hours, including weekends on a rota basis. The role offers an extremely competitive salary and a 25% bonus based on business performance.
