Your responsibilities will include overseeing a unique Estate, recognized as the largest private landowner in East Cheshire, which encompasses thousands of acres of land along with various residential and commercial properties.
As a member of a fast-paced team, you will assist in the daily management and enhancement of this varied property portfolio.

This is a permanent, full-time role that will primarily be office-based, with occasional visits to the Estate as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Property Management team to oversee a diverse property portfolio.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and contractors, to address day-to-day issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Conducting property inspections and other tasks as needed during visits to the Estate.
- Adhering to best practices in compliance and property management across multiple property types, including residential, commercial, and agricultural.
- Creating and maintaining essential documentation for property records, such as tenancy agreements and compliance certificates, while liaising with our central administration hub to enhance these processes.
- Managing our property management and accounting software, working closely with our accounts teams to ensure the accuracy of management and reporting data.
- Ensuring that client files, whether paper or electronic, comply with the latest regulations.
- Supporting internal compliance systems, including contractor and supplier management.
- Assisting the broader team with diary management, dictation, meeting minutes, and both electronic and physical filing.
