Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Asset Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR-related administration and supporting the wider HR team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

As an Asset Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR processes, working closely with our EH recruitment team and other HR teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners and employees in the wider BDO business
  • Ensuring quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the HR Shared Service offering
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to our clients
  • Working closely with other HR teams to deliver HR-related projects and initiatives

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in an HR operational delivery role, ideally within a Shared Service structure. You will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of working with HR Systems. Knowledge of Workday is desirable.
