We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at QCIC. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR support to facilitate the resolution of everyday people queries and ensure operational delivery of the full range of HR activities for the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support to employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data and benefits information.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process payroll changes and manage employee data reports.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to audit and review HR systems and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document preparation.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a global SME environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in HR systems and software, including PeopleHR.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong customer service ethos, with a focus on delivering excellent service to employees and managers.
We offer a hybrid working environment, with the option to work from home or in our office near Moorgate/Liverpool Street/Old Street stations. Standard hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (GMT). The successful candidate will be required to pass our security screening procedures.
