Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at QCIC. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR support to facilitate the resolution of everyday people queries and ensure operational delivery of the full range of HR activities for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide HR support to employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data and benefits information.
  3. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
  4. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Process payroll changes and manage employee data reports.
  6. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to audit and review HR systems and processes.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a global SME environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficient in HR systems and software, including PeopleHR.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Strong customer service ethos, with a focus on delivering excellent service to employees and managers.
Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid working environment, with the option to work from home or in our office near Moorgate/Liverpool Street/Old Street stations. Standard hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (GMT). The successful candidate will be required to pass our security screening procedures.
