We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Veterinary Course Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about veterinary medicine and education to work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality practical courses.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate practical courses, including triage of delegate enquiries and registrations.
- Prepare, maintain, and shut down the practical surgical suite to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of courses.
- Promote and support future courses to ensure their success.
- Work on-site with regular hours, with occasional scheduled weekend and evening hours, including travel to other sites.
- Autonomy, creative, and independent thinking are encouraged, with the ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent communication and organization.
